How long will my order take?
24-48 h on mainland Spain, 48-72 h to the Balearics, 5-7 days to the Canaries. Orders placed before 16:00 go out the same day.
Do you do free delivery?
Yes, on orders of €60 or more to mainland Spain. Below that it's €4.95 (a flat rate, however many items you order).
What payment methods do you take?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum, SEPA and Stripe Link. We don't store card details — Stripe handles all of it with PCI-DSS encryption.
Can I buy as a guest?
Yes. You don't have to create an account to buy. But if you do, we'll remind you automatically when things are due for renewal (supplements, PPP dog licence, liability insurance) and we'll keep your dogs' profiles.
How do I pick the right size?
Use our size finder: it asks for the breed plus a few measurements and tells you the size and the type of muzzle in under a minute. If you're torn between two sizes, go for the bigger one — free returns for 30 days.
Do your muzzles meet the standard?
Yes. The ones marked 'Apto PPP' meet Spain's RD 287/2002. The rest (flat-faced breeds, greyhound) are for voluntary use or for breeds that aren't PPP.
Do you stock professional training gear?
Yes. Bite tugs, bite sleeves, French jute and all the kit K9 trainers use. If you train in dog sports (Mondioring, IPO), we've got what you need.
Is my dog a PPP?
The 8 official breeds are Pit Bull, Am. Staff, Stafford, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Fila, Tosa and Akita. On top of that, a dog over 20 kg with a prominent jaw and heavy musculature can be classed as PPP by an inspector. Read /ppp-law for the details.
Do I need a licence to buy?
No. The PPP dog licence is for having your dog out in public, not for buying kit. But if you're stopped without one, the fine runs from €2,404 to €15,025. Better to have it.
How do the supplement subscriptions work?
You pick the supplement and how often you want it (monthly, every two months, every three months) and it turns up automatically with 10% off. Pause or cancel whenever you like from your account. No tie-in.
How do I send something back?
Log in to your account, go to 'My orders' and press 'Return'. We'll email you a prepaid label. Free collection from your door, or drop it off at your SEUR point. Refund within 3 days of it reaching us.
What if my dog destroys the product?
3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal use by a powerful dog is covered — if a harness seam comes apart in proper use, we replace it. Damage from misuse (deliberate chewing, left out in the weather) isn't.
Why create a profile for my dog?
We recommend products by breed, size and what they actually need. You get reminders for booster jabs, PPP dog licence renewal, liability insurance expiry and supplements running out. It's optional and private.
Do you have 2FA?
Yes, optional for customers (TOTP with Google Authenticator, 1Password, etc.) and required for accounts with an admin role. You turn it on at /cuenta/seguridad.
