Delivery and timescales

We work with SEUR Express to get your order to your door as fast as possible. Here are the timescales and costs by destination.
Delivery times
Mainland Spain: 24-48 h on working days. Orders placed before 16:00 leave the same day.
Balearic Islands: 48-72 h on working days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-7 working days. Any customs charges are not included.
Portugal: 48-72 h on working days.
Rest of Europe: 5-7 working days (ask us).
Delivery costs
Mainland Spain: €4.95 · Free on orders from €60.
Balearic Islands: €8.95.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €14.95 (IGIC and IPSI not included).
Portugal: €7.95.
Tracking your order
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. SEUR will text you before delivery, and you can rearrange it if you're not at home.
Bulky or fragile items
XL beds, large sacks of dog food and specialist chew toys may need a separate courier. You'll always see it clearly in the cart before you pay.
Packaging and privacy
Plain packaging with no branding if you prefer it (tick the option when you order). Delicate products go out with extra recyclable protection.
